P90X Day 2
I have a good chunk to discuss tonight as there's alot on my mind. The first bit is involving the title P90X the other is on a different pseudo related topic. So I started Day 2 of P90X figured Poly wouldn't be as bad....of course I was wrong, got about 30 minutes into the tape and honestly couldn't push myself further. I feel most of it was unfamiliar with the techniques used as my overall stamina was good, just the whole bending knees and jumping up and down is counter intuitive to the techniques used to survive a ddr song. That and the fact that I've been on and off with the diet though it has taught me to better manage my eatting, which is a huge plus. Though I don't feel too bad as I walked at least 4.5+ miles tonight which I'll talk about after this post. The main thing that's still sore is my arms. If I raise them in a motion similar to the 'chicken dance' I can still feel a bit of soreness. Gonna wait and see till tomorrow before I continue the next arm based program. I will most likely do AB X though as the legs have no problem surviving that. Anywho I'll conclude this here have another rant to write, later.
