I'm once again starting to feel productivity course through my veins once more. I was able to complete 2 tickets today at work which I was quite pleased with and once again provided continued assistance to a co-worker who had started I believe about a month ago at this point. Thursday is appearing to be more of the same. I received a green light to start working on more difficult tickets again since the high priority tickets are no longer of great concern. Hopefully by Friday I'll have another 2 tickets done so I can have 5 releases scheduled and good to go for next week.
Once I got home I decided to embark on a journey to try to cook rice. At first I was a bit concerned/worried but it actually came out alright. It was missing a single element which I couldn't exactly pinpoint until after I finished eating and had time to think about it. Sadly it was sugar which would have added a bit more taste to it. I'll remember that for next time when I decided to reheat it and perhaps have it for dinner on Friday or perhaps tomorrow depending if one of my friends are down for hanging out tonight. This week will start back up the productivity over there too so looking forward to that.
With the eating done I sat down and played a good bit of "Might & Magic: Clash of Heroes" which has been consuming me a good bit. I plan to be done by next week so I can start concentrating my time on reading my Network + book again. I've been reading it lightly at work but I want to invest more time in it so I can start preparing for my exam next year. I plan to read it at least 2 more times before going to take it. Continuing the rant to finish one exam each year would be great.
I'm getting a bit sleepy now so I'll be concluding for tonight. Night all!

Day 64 Back to the Blogosphere
Finally glad to be back and blogging again. Given that yes I should probably be sleeping already (which is a bit lame) but none the less good to be back in the groove of things. Hopefully I can blog every night this week assuming I don't forget or doesn't get placed on the back burner too long. Any who let me get on about the details of my day.
Work wise I was able to jump back on my project again which was great. I had difficulties creating on specific test scenario but after some manipulation and a database refresh I was good to go. So pretty much my day revolved around that.
Once I got home I finally did the last step of my tax related stuff (putting stamps on the envelopes) so those will be sent out tomorrow morning. I did a bit more brainstorming for my card game and was able to effectively explain the game to a friend over a text chat so that made me feel pretty confident about it. Aside from that not much else happen. Talked to a friend over the phone that I meet a couple weekends ago. She's super busy so I was looking to plan another hangout session in the future. Which I'm glad I did as the next time she's free is about a month from now. Just glad I'm not aggressively perusing anything more as it would become stressful. Its a nice thought but best to take things slow. Though I plan to have more open discussions in the future.
That's about it for today. The only plans I have set for tomorrow is stopping by a friend's place to drop off my external and then back here to relax for a bit. Once my MP4 player charges up a bit more I'll be heading off to bed. For this post that's all for now sleep for me later all!

Day 46: Looking foward to this weekend
Alright, so tonight I plan to have another quick post since well. I have to be up early if I want to make sure I get off by noon on Friday. Why noon on Friday? Well I honestly don't feel like sticking around at work for an hour after lunch simply because I have to stay for lunch, eat lunch and plot ways to kill my lunch hour which usually leads to just reading or resting my eyes. Though enough about that on to my day.
Work wise today went alright with the exception of playing around with stocks where I lost a good bit of money. I set aside a good bit of money to play around with stocks and get better at them. Also I figured if I do it correctly I can make a good bit of pocket money that can be used to take more days off work. Although if it goes in the other direction and I go out a good bit of cash then I'll just put the rest back in the bank account and call the learning experience a day. Other than that I did get a good bit work done relating to the new project so plus there. I'm just hoping that I can go in a different direction with it tomorrow but will see.
Once work was done I went back home my sister and nephew came over to spend sometime with my dad and pick up her V-Day gift from him. I spent sometime with him and played a small bit of Shining Force. The games a bit slow but I don't mind playing it. Aside from that had a handful of good conversations online which was nice. That's about it I'm going to head off to sleep now. Later all!
