P90X Day 1 (My Wild Arms!)

To begin I have to admit arm/hand wise I'm having trouble actually typing this as my upper arms are pulsating as a type so I won't make this too long but long enough to cover all the basis and correct the countless typos. In all honestly I should have anticipated the first day to be rough as it read "Chest and Back" and me with my lack of upper arm strength...I'm actually surprised I got as far as I did...had about 15:34 left on the work out which I might finish later, but for now the burning is reminding me that starting it again now is a bad idea.

So the first thing I did not realize is that there were so many versions of push-ups. I knew there was a large amount of pulls-ups to do (as the most I can do is 1-3) but the push-ups were killer. Once I comped out I took a quick break and did ab ripper....which I don't think was nearly as bad (as my lower body is much more dominant then my upper body). Some I couldn't do very well as I wasn't familiar with them while others weren't as shabby and adapted pretty quickly. As I'm typing this I feel like a lot this won't make sense later but might as well get my thoughts out while I can. I'm actually looking forward to tomorrow's portion "Plyometrics" as that's more leg work (I think, <3 leg work). That's about it for now gonna finish off the daily portions I need watch something and head off to bed.

There is one more amusing note I'd like to add, the day I decided to start this is the same day my dad decided to fill the cabinets with junk food...this should be more a challenge...I say bring it, not to mention I have a stupid high will power/resistance urge /shrug.
